Located in the heart of Industry, Diamond Stop has been a cornerstone of this community for years. Originally known as K&S, we've grown and evolved — but what hasn't changed is our commitment to the people of this town. We kept the small-town spirit alive while building something a little bigger and a little better along the way.

This isn't just a place to fill your tank and grab a snack. It's where neighbors catch up over coffee, where folks come for a hot plate of chicken fried steak at lunch, where the regulars know the staff by name — and the staff knows them right back. From the folks passing through on FM 109 to the families who've been coming here for years, everyone's welcome at Diamond Stop.

We don't use frozen meat. That just wouldn't be right. Every plate is cooked fresh, after you order, because we believe good food should be made with care — not rushed out of a microwave. So if it takes a few extra minutes, just know it's because we're doing it the right way.
